1 Introduction and General Information

21tk may at any time request relevant documents to verify your identity, such as a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document. We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

3 Age and Eligibility

To use 21tk services, you must be 21 years of age or older. This is a strict requirement that will not be relaxed under any circumstances.

• No person under the age of 21 may open an account or use services on our platform.
• Age verification processes are in place to protect minors.
• Providing false information about your age will result in account cancellation and all winnings will be forfeited.

Accounts may only be created for personal use. Operating an account for professional or commercial purposes is prohibited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.

• Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

6 Betting Rules

All betting and gaming activities on 21tk are governed by the following rules.

6.1 General Betting Terms

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Any inconsistent results caused by a system error may be voided.
• If there is any ambiguity in the rules of a game, 21tk's decision will be considered final.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

• Sports betting results will be determined based on the official announcement by the relevant authority.

7 Prohibited Activities

After account closure, legitimate funds are generally returned. However, if the account is cancelled due to a rule violation, bonuses or earned rewards may be forfeited.
